MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB240813.24 (trigger No 745220784,13h 33m 04.80s , +44d 42m 00.0s, R=7.38) errorbox  22280 sec after notice time and 22312 sec after trigger time at 2024-08-13 11:58:12 UT, with upper limit up to  15.9 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 44 deg. The sun  altitude  is -9.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 71 deg., longitude l = 99 deg.
