Hancock (MSSL)\nreport on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began observing the afterglow of\nGRB 050802 at 2005-08-02T10:15:14, 286 s after the\nBAT trigger (Band et al., GCN 3734).  We detect the\nafterglow in the V-band data at a position (J2000,\ncorrected to the DSS coordinates) of:\n\nRA   14:37:5.69 (+/- 1 arcsec)\nDec +27:47:12.2 (+/- 1 arcsec)\n\nThe data are extracted using a 6 arcsec radius aperture\ncentered on the source position.
