TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 37491 SUBJECT: GRB 240913B: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 24/09/13 20:14:15 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB At 20:03:39 UT on 13 Sep 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 240913B (trigger 747950624.963768 / 240913836). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 89.3, Dec = -14.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 05h 57m, -14d 18'), with a statistical uncertainty of 12.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 61.0 degrees.
