The light curves show that this burst consists of single pulse with a duration of about 0.2 s.\n\nThe SVOM/GRM light curve can be found here:\nhttps://www.bursthub.cn//admin/static/svgrb241016B.png\n\nThe SVOM/GRM on-ground localization of this burst is (J2000):\nRA: 38.48 deg\nDEC: 27.74 deg\nError: 19.65 deg (1 sigma, statistical only)\nWe caution that the calibration of SVOM/GRM is undergoing and this localization is subject to systematic errors. The localization may be improved in the refined analysis.\n\nAt the time of the burst, ECLAIRs was not collecting data.\n\nThe Space Variable Objects Monitor (SVOM) is a China-France joint mission led by the Chinese National Space Administration (CNSA, China), National Center for Space Studies (CNES, France) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS, China), which is dedicated to observing gamma-ray bursts and other transient phenomena in the energetic universe.
