Spiridonova (SAO RAS), report\non behalf of the GRB follow-up team.\n\nWe observed the field of  X-ray transient EP241021a (Hu et al.,\nGCN 37834) with the 1-m telescope of SAO RAS equipped with\nCCD-photometer. We obtained 12 x 300 sec. images in Rc band\non October 26, 20:39:47--21:53:44 UT (t_mid - T0 = 5.6728 days).\n\nWe detect the OT (Fu et al., GCNs 37840, 37842; Li et al.,\nGCNs 37844, 37846; Ror et al., GCN 37845; Zheng et al., GCN 37849;\nMoskvitin & Spiridonova, GCN 37850; Pugliese et al., GCN 37852;\nPérez-Fournon et al., GCN 37858; Bochenek & Perley, GCN 37869;\nKumar et al., GCN 37875; Busmann et al., GCN 37877; J-Jin et al.,\nGCN 37892) in our stacked frame with the brightness of\nR = 23.10 +/- 0.18 calibrated against nearby SDSS stars\n(magnitudes converted with Lupton 2005 equations)\nand not corrected for the Galactic extinction.\n\n",
