Wu (PMO, CAS), P. Jonker (Radboud Univ.) report on behalf of the Einstein Probe team:\n\nThe Follow-up X-ray telescope (FXT) on board the Einstein Probe mission performed two follow-up observations of GRB 241105A (Fermi GBM team, GCN 38085; DeLaunay et al., GCN 38091; Frederiks et al., GCN 38103), and detected a fading uncataloged X-ray source. The EP-FXT loaction of the X-ray source is consistent with the location of the optical counterpart of GRB 241105A (Julakanti et al., GCN 38088; Izzo et al., GCN 38097; SVOM/VT team, GCN 38099; Hu et al., GCN 38106).\n\nThe results are reported:\n+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+\n T_start (UTC) | T_end (UTC) | Exposure (s) | T_mid - T_0 (h) | Flux (0.5-10keV, erg/s/cm^2)\n+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+\n2024-11-06T13:40:26 | 2024-11-06T14:28:44 | 2894 | 22.0 | (1.51+/-0.31)E-13\n2024-11-07T04:05:45 | 2024-11-07T08:05:40 | 7966 | 38.0 | (3.79+/-0.50)E-14\n+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+\n\nThe derived temporal decay index is 2.5 +/- 0.4, which is consistent with the value reported by the Swift-XRT team (Kennea et al., GCN 38098).\n\nLaunched on January 9, 2024, EP is a space X-ray observatory to monitor the soft X-ray sky with X-ray follow-up capability (Yuan et al. 2022, Handbook of X-ray and Gamma-ray Astrophysics).",
