TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 38784 SUBJECT: GRB 250102A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 25/01/02 22:48:43 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 22:38:05 UT on 2 Jan 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 250102A (trigger 757550290.223546 / 250102943). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 340.8, Dec = 42.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 43m, 42d 17'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 2.0 degrees.
