TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 39467 SUBJECT: GRB 250225A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 25/02/25 06:35:59 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 06:25:23 UT on 25 Feb 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 250225A (trigger 762157528.045892 / 250225268). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 60.0, Dec = -40.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 04h 00m, -40d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 12.1 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 72.0 degrees.
