TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 40702 SUBJECT: GRB 250612B (250612519/771424081): Fermi GBM Final Localization DATE: 25/06/12 14:23:44 GMT FROM: eliza.neights@gmail.com The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB "At 12:27:56.19 UT on 12 June 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 250612B (trigger 771424081/250612519). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 231.28, Dec = -29.05 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 15h 25m, -29d 03'), with a statistical uncertainty of 2.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 71.04 degrees.
