H. Siegel et al., GCN 41959) errorbox  13196 sec after notice time and 13280 sec after trigger time at 2025-09-24 11:59:49 UT, with upper limit up to  16.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 49 deg.
