D'Elia (SSDC & INAF-OAR) and P.A. Evans (U.\nLeicester) reports on behalf of the Swift-XRT team:\n\nSwift-XRT has conducted further observations of the field of the\nFermi/LAT-detected burst GRB 251022A. The observations now extend from\nT0+38.6 ks to T0+575.9 ks and have a total exposure time of 6.6 ks. . \n\nThe previously-reported \"Source 4\" (Burrows et al., GCN Circ. 42417),\ncoincident with GOTO25iym, is now found to be fading with >3-sigma\nsignificance, and is therefore likely the GRB afterglow. \n\nThe results of the XRT-team automatic analysis are available at\nhttps://www.swift.ac.uk/xrt_products/00021864.\nThe results of the full analysis of the tiled XRT observations are\navailable at https://www.swift.ac.uk/xrt_products/TILED_GRB00139.\n\nThis circular is an official product of the Swift-XRT team.\n\n",
