TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 42531 SUBJECT: GRB 251102A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 25/11/02 02:14:07 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 02:03:46 UT on 2 Nov 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 251102A (trigger 783741831.07104 / 251102086). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 193.5, Dec = 63.9 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 12h 54m, 63d 53'), with a statistical uncertainty of 2.2 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 58.0 degrees.
