The observations began at zenith distance = 64 deg. The sun  altitude  is -25.2 deg. \n\nMASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB251113.38 errorbox  1 days 30851 sec after notice time and 1 days 30882 sec after trigger time at 2025-11-14 17:43:53 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 75 deg.
