TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 42692 SUBJECT: GRB 251115A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 25/11/15 03:30:39 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 03:20:02 UT on 15 Nov 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 251115A (trigger 784869607.66655 / 251115139). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 334.5, Dec = -4.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 18m, -4d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.1 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 80.0 degrees.
