TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 42823 SUBJECT: GRB 251122B: Fermi GBM Final Localization DATE: 25/11/24 16:55:01 GMT FROM: atrigg2@lsu.edu The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB "At 23:44:26.90 UT on 22 November 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 251121B (trigger 785547871/251122989). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 336.52, Dec = -55.63 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 26m, -55d 38'), with a statistical uncertainty of 10.74 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 36.00 degrees.
