the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

Swift Trigger 1442421 is due to the currently active source,
HMXB 1A 1118-61, which was previously reported in GCN Circulars
#43435 and #43442.  This source was misidentified on board
due to a known race condition in the software, leading to
some spurious GCN Notices which did not identify the source name.
