On Nov.6, 10:54:27 UT a GRB (GRB991106) was detected
by BeppoSAX WFC/GRBM.
Preliminary coordinates from WFC are:
R.A.(2000)= 336.211
DEC (2000)= 54.365
with an error radius of about 4'
