TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 43628 SUBJECT: GRB 260207A: Fermi GBM Final Localization DATE: 26/02/07 06:32:02 GMT FROM: Rushikesh Sonawane at IISER, TVM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB "At 05:42:33.65 UT on 07 February 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260207A (trigger 792135758/260207238). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 160.45, Dec = -34.44 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 10h 41m, -34d 26'), with a statistical uncertainty of 3.29 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 37 degrees.
