TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 44694 SUBJECT: GRB 260522B: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 26/05/22 12:01:10 GMT FROM: Cuán de Barra at UCD The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB "At 09:35:00.13 UT on 22 May 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260522B (trigger 801135305/260522399). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 278.65, Dec = -33.23 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 18h 34m, -33d 12'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 76 degrees.
