TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 44855 SUBJECT: GRB 260607A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 26/06/07 13:00:13 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB At 12:49:18 UT on 7 Jun 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260607A (trigger 802529363.702736 / 260607534). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 304.2, Dec = 36.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 20h 16m, 36d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 7.3 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 57.0 degrees.
