TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 45066 SUBJECT: GRB 260703A: Fermi GBM Final Localization DATE: 26/07/03 03:47:10 GMT FROM: Matt Godwin The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB "At 02:14:47.19 UT on 03 July 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260703A (trigger 804737692/260703094). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 350.51, Dec = 63.36 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 23h 22m, +63d 21'), with a statistical uncertainty of 6.72 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 29 degrees.
