TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 45096 SUBJECT: GRB 260707A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 26/07/07 03:36:24 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB At 03:25:09 UT on 7 Jul 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260707A (trigger 805087514.330134 / 260707142). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 283.4, Dec = -54.7 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 18h 53m, -54d 42'), with a statistical uncertainty of 13.3 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 165.0 degrees.
