Upon further examination, the GOTO optical detection is approximately 6" offset from the optical counterpart reported by Globus et al., GCN 45429 and Li et al. GCN 45430. Using MPChecker (https://minorplanetcenter.net/cgi-bin/checkmp.cgi) we find that the optical detection is consistent with a known MP object 2016 CP289 which is estimated to have a brightness of 20.8 mag, consistent with the GOTO detection.
