The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB

At 01:23:49 UT on 10 Sep 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260910A (trigger 810696234.086746 / 260910058).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 210.1, Dec = 6.0 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 14h 00m, 6d 00'), with a statistical uncertainty of 9.9 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 79.0 degrees.
