Briggs (UAH) report:\n\nThe Glowbug gamma-ray telescope [1,2,3], operating on the International Space Station, reports the detection of GRB 261010A, which was also detected by Fermi/GBM (GCN 45888, 45911, 45944), Swift/BAT (GCN 45889, 45918), Konus-Wind (GCN 45925, 45945), and GRID (GCN 45940). \n\nUsing an adaptive window with a resolution of 32-ms, the burst onset is determined to be 2026-10-10 19:17:01.824 with a duration of 6.1 s and a total significance of about 26.0 sigma. The detection occurred during a time of high background as Glowbug was in the northern radiation belt. The light curve comprises an initial spike followed by the brightest peak at ~T0+4.5s.\n\nThe analysis results presented here are preliminary and use a response function that lacks a detailed characterization of the surrounding passive structure of the ISS. Glowbug is a NASA-funded technology demonstrator for sensitive, low-cost gamma-ray transient telescopes developed, built, and operated by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) with support from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, USRA, and NASA MSFC. \n\n[1] Grove, J.E. et al. 2020, Proc.
