Zehnder, on behalf of the RHESSI GRB team, \n\nA. von Kienlin, G. Lichti, and A. Rau, on behalf of the\nINTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, and\n\nK. Yamaoka, E. Sonoda, M. Ohno, Y. Fukazawa, T. Takahashi, M. Tashiro,\nY. Terada, T. Murakami, and K. Makishima, on behalf of the Suzaku\nWAM GRB team, report:\n\nKonus-Wind, Suzaku-WAM, INTEGRAL SPI-ACS, Mars Odyssey, and RHESSI\nobserved the long-duration, hard spectrum GRB070402 at 56915 s.  As\nobserved by Konus, it had a duration ~12 s, a fluence ~10^-5 erg cm^-2,\nand an Epeak~350 keV.  We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3\nsigma error box whose coordinates are:\n\n   RA(2000)                    Dec(2000)\n\nCenter:\n 311.184 (20h 44m 44s)   +27.404 (+27d 24' 14\")\nCorners:\n 310.481 (20h 41m 55s)   +26.971 (+26d 58' 16\")\n 310.516 (20h 42m 04s)   +27.237 (+27d 14' 14\")\n 311.893 (20h 47m 34s)   +27.822 (+27d 49' 20\")\n 311.854 (20h 47m 25s)   +27.560 (+27d 33' 36\")\n\nThe error box area is ~0.3 square arcminutes.\n\nMESSENGER data have not yet been downlinked; when they become\navailable, it may be possible to reduce the size of this error\nbox considerably.",
