The numbers marked\non the graph correspond to the serial number of entries in the table.\nTwo solid lines are fit by \\alpha = -0.722 +/- 0.05 and \n\\alpha=-2.9 +/- 0.017, which seems to be a better fit than the dotted\nlines where the power law index is \\alpha = -0.97+/- 0.07 and \n/alpha= -1.99 +/- 0.19 respectively. \n \n(Mid-expoure time for B-R is 2.975UT and 4.9375UT respectively;\nthis combined with B-R values in GCN \\#588, 585 shows that B-R is\nfalling as -0.25mag/day)\n \nThe table as well as the graph (post-script file) are available\nat our anonymous FTP server: narmada.iiap.ernet.in \nchange directory to bhargavi/GRB000301c/\n\nThis message may be cited.\n\n------------------------------------------\nPS: this mail has bounced back many times..giving my last trail\n\n[GCN OPS NOTE: The reference to the bounced email problems was discussing\na problem with the e-mail servers and network at the India end, and not with\nthe processing at the GCN end.]",
