Cline on behalf of the Konus-Wind team report:\n\nThe long GRB 070420 (Stamatikos et al., GCN 6330; Parsons et al., GCN \n6342), triggered Konus-Wind at T0=22693.706 s UT (06:18:13.706).\n\nThe burst started at T-T0 ~-50 s and had a duration of ~120 s.\nAs observed by Konus-Wind the burst\nhad a fluence of 2.64(-0.88, +0.11)x10^-5 erg/cm2,\nand a 256-ms peak flux measured from T0-0.144 s\n1.28(-0.29, +0.19)x10^-6 erg/cm2/s\n(both in the 20 keV - 1 MeV energy range).\n\nThe spectrum of the most intense part integrated from T0 to T0+16.640 s\nis well fitted (in the 20 keV - 1 MeV range)\nby a power law with exponential cutoff model:\ndN/dE ~ E^(-alpha) * exp(-(2-alpha)*E/Ep)\nwith alpha = 1.08(-0.13, +0.12)\nand Ep = 167(-16, +20) keV (chi2 = 40/52 dof).\nThe fluence of this part is 1.06(-0.19, +0.04)x10^5 erg/cm2.\n\nThe spectrum integrated from T0 to T0+65.792 s\nis well fitted (in the 20 keV - 1 MeV range)\nby a power law with exponential cutoff model\nwith alpha = 1.23(-0.18, +0.17)\nand Ep = 147(-19, +29) keV (chi2 = 54/52 dof).\n\nAll the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence level.\n\nThe Konus-Wind light curve of this GRB is available\nat http://www.ioffe.rssi.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB070420_T22693/",
