Cline, on behalf of the NEAR\nGRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, BATSE, the BeppoSAX GRBM, and NEAR observed this burst at\n29885 s UT.  (BATSE Trigger #8111).  As observed by Ulysses, it\nhad a duration ~15 s, and a 25-100 keV fluence 3x10^-6 erg/cm^2.\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary 100 sq. arcmin. error\nbox whose 3 sigma coordinates are:\n\n    RA(2000)                 DEC(2000)\n 23 h  4 m 38.55 s      1 o 10 '  16.67 \"  (CENTER)\n 23 h  5 m  9.33 s      1 o 12 '  58.16 \"  (CORNER)\n 23 h  4 m 25.46 s      1 o  2 '  54.25 \"  (CORNER)\n 23 h  4 m 51.59 s      1 o 17 '  39.60 \"  (CORNER)\n 23 h  4 m  7.73 s      1 o  7 '  35.67 \"  (CORNER)\n\nThis error box can be refined.",
