Starling (U Leicester) report on behalf of the Swift\nTeam:\n\nAt 07:40:55 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 071003 (trigger=292934). The BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 301.856, +10.960 which is \n RA(J2000) = 20h 07m 25s\n Dec(J2000) = +10d 57' 35\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a multi-peaked \nstructure with a duration of about 25 sec. The peak count rate\nwas ~16000 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger. \n\nBecause Swift is in the process of returning to normal operations, \nautomatic slewing to GRBs is currently disabled outside of\nbusiness hours (US EDT). Therefore, there \nare no prompt XRT or UVOT observations of this burst. \n\nBurst Advocate for this burst is P. Schady (ps AT mssl.ucl.ac.uk). \nPlease contact the BA by email if you require additional information\nregarding Swift followup of this burst. In extremely urgent cases, after\ntrying the Burst Advocate, you can contact the Swift PI by phone (see\nSwift TOO web site for information: http://www.swift.psu.edu/too.html.)",
