"body": "D. A. Kann, C. Hoegner, U. Laux & R. Filgas (TLS Tautenburg) report:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 071013 (Marshall et al., GCN 6907) with the \nTautenburg 1.34m Schmidt telescope under good conditions, obtaining 6 300 \nsecond images in the Rc band at 3.2 days after the GRB. We use the same \ncomparison star as given in Kann, Hoegner & Filgas (GCN 6917), and find \nthe following magnitudes of the possible variable source discovered by \nKornienko et al. (GCN 6925):\n\nDate\t\tMid-Time\tRc\tdRc\n\n13.74086\t0.23439\t\t19.537\t0.027\n13.75231\t0.24584\t\t19.506\t0.028\n13.76103\t0.25456\t\t19.634\t0.040\n13.76977\t0.26330\t\t19.566\t0.032\n13.77850\t0.27203\t\t19.704\t0.036\n13.78723\t0.28076\t\t19.629\t0.038\n13.79596\t0.28950\t\t19.683\t0.045\n13.80469\t0.29822\t\t19.593\t0.044\n13.81342\t0.30695\t\t19.589\t0.038\n13.82216\t0.31569\t\t19.635\t0.028\n13.83088\t0.32441\t\t19.598\t0.044\n13.83961\t0.33314\t\t19.572\t0.040\n13.84834\t0.34187\t\t19.762\t0.054\n\nThus, we see no significant variability in the source over the span from \n0.23 to 0.34 days after the GRB.\n\nFor the second epoch, we combine the 6 300 second images and find, using \nthe same comparison star:\n\nDate\t\tMid-Time\tRc\tdRc\n\n16.75845\t3.25198\t\t19.583\t0.015\n\nThus, we also see no variability between 0.3 and 3.3 days after the GRB. \nIf this source is at low redshift and possibly associated with a \nsupernova, there is no evidence for it yet. Further photometric follow-up \nand spectroscopy of the USNO/DSS source is encouraged.\n\nThis message may be cited.",
