Frail (NRAO) report on behalf of the\nCaltech-NRAO-Carnegie GRB Collaboration:\n\n\"We observed optically bright burst GRB 071112C (GCN 7059) using the VLA\nat a frequency of 8.46 GHz. The observations were taken at 08.01 UT on\n2007,\nNovember 16th. We do not detect any radio emission at the Swift-UVOT\nafterglow position (GCN 7059). The flux density limit at the afterglow\nposition is    -19 +/- 38 uJy.\n\n\nThe National Radio Astronomy Observatory is a facility of the National\nScience Foundation operated under cooperative agreement by Associated\nUniversities, Inc.\"",
