Starling (U Leicester), M. C. Stroh (PSU) and\nT. N. Ukwatta (GSFC/GWU) report on behalf of the Swift Team:\n\nAt 21:30:21 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 080207 (trigger=302728). Swift slewed immediately to the burst. \nThe BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 207.513, +7.514 which is \n RA(J2000) = 13h 50m 03s\n Dec(J2000) = +07d 30' 50\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty). This was an image-trigger, so the TDRSS\nlightcurve show little activity. \n\nThe XRT began observing the field at 21:32:25 UT, 124 seconds after the\nBAT trigger. XRT found a bright, uncatalogued X-ray source\nlocated at RA, Dec 207.5117, +7.5018 which is\n RA(J2000) = 13h 50m 02.8s\n Dec(J2000) = 07d 30' 06.4\"\nwith an uncertainty of 4.7 arcseconds (radius, 90% containment). \nThis location is 44 arcseconds from the BAT on-board position,\nwithin the BAT error circle. The initial flux in the 2.5s image\nwas 8.2e-09 erg/cm2/s (0.2-10 keV). \n\n UVOT took a finding chart exposure of 55 seconds with the White\n(160-650 nm) filter starting 140 seconds after the BAT trigger. No\nafterglow candidate has been found in the initial data products. The\n3 sigma upper limit at the XRT position is white > 20. No correction\nhas been made for the expected extinction corresponding to E(B-V) of\n0.02. \n\nBurst Advocate for this burst is J. L. Racusin (racusin AT astro.psu.edu). \nPlease contact the BA by email if you require additional information\nregarding Swift followup of this burst. In extremely urgent cases, after\ntrying the Burst Advocate, you can contact the Swift PI by phone (see\nSwift TOO web site for information: http://www.swift.psu.edu/too.html.)",
