Trotter \nreport:\n\nSkynet observed the localization of GRB 080210 (Grupe et al., GCN 7281) \nwith two of the 16\" PROMPT telescopes at CTIO beginning 362 seconds \nafter the trigger (27 seconds after notification) in VRI.\n\nWe detect the afterglow (Klotz et al., GCN 7280) in all filters.  At 382 \nseconds after the burst, we measure V ~ 17.4 mag (calibrated to 2 NOMAD \nstars).",
