Vitali report on  \nbehalf of the REM\nteam:\n\nThe robotic 60-cm REM telescope located at La Silla (Chile) observed  \nautomatically the field of the GRB 080319B  on March 19 06:13:32 UT  \n(about 43 seconds after the burst).\n\nWe clearly detect the afterglow reported in GCN 7427, 7428, 7430  \n(Racusin et\nal.; Holland et al.; Li et al.).\n\nThe object was still at H~12.5 at about 22 min from the burst time.\n\nFurther analyses and observations are in progress.",
