Vitali report on   \nbehalf of the REM team:\n\nThe robotic 60-cm REM telescope located at La Silla (Chile) observed   \nautomatically the field of the GRB 080514 on April 14 10:34:14 UT.\n\nNo new source is visible in the XRT error circle down to the 2MASS  \nlimits, although the presence of a bright source already present in  \nthe 2MASS catalogue (H~9) and well within the XRT error circle makes  \nthe photometry less reliable.\n\n\nFurther analyses and observations are in progress.",
