Ukwatta (GSFC/GWU) report on behalf of the Swift Team:\n\nAt 07:13:10 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 080710 (trigger=316534).  The BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 8.257, +19.492 which is \n   RA(J2000) = 00h 33m 02s\n   Dec(J2000) = +19d 29' 31\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty).  The BAT light curve showed a single-peaked\nstructure with a duration of about 20 sec.  The peak count rate\nwas ~1,000 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at 0 sec after the trigger. \n\nDue to an observing constraint, Swift will not slew until \nT0+49.5 minutes. There will be no XRT or UVOT data until\nthis time. \n\nBurst Advocate for this burst is B.
