Borkowski (CAMK, Torun) on \nbehalf of the IBAS Localization Team report:\n\nA GRB lasting about 30 s has been detected by IBAS in IBIS/ISGRI data at \n13:46:12 UT of October 3. The coordinates (J2000) are:\n\nRA = 262.3758 [degrees]\nDEC= 16.566 [degrees]\n\nwith an uncertainty of 2 arcmin (90% c.l.).\n\nA preliminary analysis gives a peak flux in the 20-200 keV range of about \n0.3 ph/cmq/s (1-s integration time) and a fluence over the same energy \nrange of about 4x10e-7 erg/cmq.\n\nA plot of the light curve will be posted at\n\nhttp://ibas.iasf-milano.inaf.it/IBAS_Results.html\n\nThis message can be cited.",
