Weaver report:\n\nSkynet observed the localization of GRB 081029 (Sakamoto et al., GCN 8435)\nwith three of the 16\" PROMPT telescopes at CTIO beginning 92 seconds after\nthe trigger (64 seconds after notification) in BVRI.\n\nWe detect the afterglow (Rykoff et al., GCN 8436) in individual exposures in\nVRI.  At 147 seconds after the burst we measure V ~ 16.8 mag (calibrated to\n9 NOMAD stars), at 174 seconds we measure R ~ 15.7 mag (calibrated to 10\nUSNO stars), and at 296 seconds we measure I ~ 15.8 mag (calibrated to 10\nUSNO stars).",
