Golenetskii, on behalf of the KONUS-WIND GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, NEAR, and KONUS-WIND observed this GRB at 80347 seconds.\nAs observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately   10.\nseconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately  3.6E-06 erg/cm2,\nand a peak flux of approximately 1.0E-06 erg/cm2 s over  .25 seconds\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error\nwhose approximate area is 1300 sq. arcmin. and whose\ncoordinates are:\n\n ERROR BOX CENTER:  18 h  8 m 41.99 s     -2 o 59 '  37.61 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 18 h  7 m 50.30 s     -2 o 59 '  25.43 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 18 h 12 m 58.86 s     -3 o 53 '   2.79 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 18 h  4 m 38.90 s     -2 o  8 '  12.27 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 18 h  9 m 33.83 s     -2 o 59 '  50.93 \" \n\nThis error box may be improved",
