Hurley on behalf of the\nINTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:\n\nSuzaku-WAM, INTEGRAL-SPI-ACS, and Konus-Wind observed the short-duration \nhard spectrum GRB 081216 at about 12:44:00 UT (corresponds to the \nFermi/GBM trigger 251124240). The burst light curve shows a single pulse \nwith a duration of ~0.2 sec.\n\nWe have triangulated it to the following, 3-sigma\nerror box:\n-----------------------------------------------\n      RA(2000), deg            Dec(2000), deg\n-----------------------------------------------\nCenter:\n  130.205 (08h 40m 49s)   +11.816 (+11d 48' 57\")\nCorners:\n  129.100 (08h 36m 24s)   + 8.470 (+08d 28' 11\")\n  129.552 (08h 38m 12s)   + 8.548 (+08d 32' 53\")\n  131.144 (08h 44m 35s)   +15.131 (+15d 07' 52\")\n  130.699 (08h 42m 48s)   +15.056 (+15d 03' 20\")\n-----------------------------------------------\n\nThe error box area is 2.762 sq. deg.\n\nAnalysis of the Konus-Wind data yields\na burst fluence of ~5x10^-6 erg/cm2 (in the 20 keV - 7 MeV range),\nand an Epeak of the time-integrated spectrum of ~1.5 MeV.\nSince the incident angle on the K-W detector was >90 deg,\na detailed reliable spectral analysis of the K-W data can not be performed.\n\nThe results of spectral analysis of the Suzaku-WAM data will be reported \nlater.\n\nThe K-W light curve of this GRB and IPN triangulation map is\navailable at http://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB081216_T45844/",
