Golenetskii, on behalf of the KONUS-WIND GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, NEAR, and KONUS-WIND observed this GRB at 37179 seconds.\nAs observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately   0.2\nseconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately  3.2E-07 erg/cm2,\nand a peak flux of approximately  1.3E-06 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.\nIts duration and spectrum place it in the \"short/hard\" burst category.\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error\nwhose approximate area is  11. sq. arcmin. and whose\ncoordinates are:\n\n    RA(2000)                              DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER:  18 h 53 m 49.50 s     12 o  1 '  12.50 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 18 h 53 m 34.45 s     12 o  1 '  41.48 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 18 h 53 m 50.67 s     12 o  2 '  39.70 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 18 h 53 m 48.33 s     11 o 59 '  45.30 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 18 h 54 m  4.57 s     12 o  0 '  43.49 \" \n\nThis error box may be improved",
