Fernandez \n(Michigan Tech)\nreport on behalf of the CONCAM collaboration:\n\nThe CONtinuous CAMera (CONCAM) operating at\nKitt Peak National Observatory has recorded fisheye \nimages that provide crude limits on the attributes of \nan OT through non-detection. \n\nA relevant CONCAM frame contains an integration from \n33022 s to 33202 s that brackets 33048 s, the time \nof the GRB trigger reported by Hurley et al. in GCN922, \nand the duration of the GRB as reported by Hurley et al. \nin GCN 921. Raw FITS data are available at \nhttp://concam.net . Processed GIF images of this \nframes, the previous frame, and the following frame, \nare available here: \nhttp://concam.net/kp010126/kp010126ut0902.gif\nhttp://concam.net/kp010126/kp010126ut0910.gif\nhttp://concam.net/kp010126/kp010126ut0914.gif\n\nNo obvious optical counterpart down to about visual \nmagnitude 6.3 over the three-minute exposure is visible \non the frames. This is, to the best of our knowledge, \nthe first time an optical electronic instrument was \nobserving a GRB location during a GRB trigger.\n\nThe time recorded on the CONCAM frames are behind the \nactual UT time by about 26 seconds. We have corrected \nfor this in this report so that the uncertainty in the \nabove reported times is only about 2 seconds.",
