This notice\nwas due to a bug in the GCN processing of the\nSwift telelmetry stream.  Due to a combination of\n(a) a BAT subthreshold trigger, (b) a gap in the TDRSS\ntelemetry stream, (c) a possible (uncomfirmed yet)\ncorruption in the telelmetry stream, and (d) a delay\nin the telemetry stream due to a Swift-Malindi\ntelemetry downlink,  an old BAT lightcurve packet\nwas converted to a Notice and distributed.\nAgain, this LC Notice (trig=353567) should be ignored.\nMy apologies for the confusion.",
