(GCN 9513). The GRB radio afterglow\nflux density is 383+/-47 uJy. Further observations are planned.\n\nThe National Radio Astronomy Observatory is a facility of the National\nScience Foundation operated under cooperative agreement by Associated\nUniversities, Inc.\"",
