Ukwatta (GWU)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n \nUsing the data set from T-239 to T+355 sec from recent telemetry downlinks,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 090712 (trigger #357072)\n(Holland, et al., GCN Circ. 9659).  The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 70.097, 22.525 deg, which is \n   RA(J2000)  =  04h 40m 23.2s \n   Dec(J2000) = +22d 31' 29.4\" \nwith an uncertainty of 1.6 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 67%.\n \nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a mostly smooth peak starting\nat ~T-160 sec, peaking at ~T_zero, and ending at ~T+170 sec.\nT90 (15-350 keV) is 145 +- 52 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n \nThe time-averaged spectrum from T-99.1 to T+157.8 sec is best fit by a simple\npower-law model.  The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is\n1.33 +- 0.11.  The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 4.0 +- 0.3 x 10^-6 erg/cm2.\nThe 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T-6.10 sec in the 15-150 keV band\nis 0.9 +- 0.2 ph/cm2/sec.
