Starting from 19h 49m 49s UT, after about 1 hour of the GRB trigger, we observed the field of GRB 100514A (Markwardt et al. GCN 10759Not found
 
 
) with one 2.4-m telescope located at Gao-Mei-Gu (GMG). We did not find any optical afterglows in a series of R-band images. The magnitude limit(relative to USNO-B1) is about 20.6.
