D. A. Perley, A. N. Morgan, and C. R. Klein (UC Berkeley) report:

The burst observed in our previous circular was in fact 100728B (Swift 
trigger #430172), and not 100728A (#430151, Cannizzo et al., GCN 11004). 
    We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
