Ulysses, Konus, and MO-HEND observed this burst at 20164 s.
As observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of ~25 s, a 25-100 keV
fluence of 1E-5 erg/cm^2, and a peak flux over 0.5 s of 8E-7
erg/cm^2 s.  Triangulation gives a preliminary ~25 sq. arcmin. error box
(3 sigma) whose coordinates are:

11 h 29 m 32.93 s    -20 o 21 '  05.28 " (CENTER)
11 h 29 m 28.52 s    -20 o 23 '  09.64 " (CORNER)   
11 h 29 m 57.73 s    -20 o 21 '  44.51 " (CORNER)   
11 h 29 m  8.15 s    -20 o 20 '  25.79 " (CORNER)   
11 h 29 m 37.34 s    -20 o 19 '  00.91 " (CORNER)

This error box may be improved.
