MASTER II  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) 
located in Blagoveschensk was pointed to the  GRB121123A 100 sec after 
GRB time at 2012-11-23 10:04:21.926 UT.
  On our first (20s exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient 
within SWIFT error-box (Helder et. al., GCN13982).
  The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 16.5 mag
  The field was observed at large (more than 70 deg.) zenith distance.
  The message may be cited.
